Eco Marine Algae Extract is a powerful anti-wrinkle active ingredient which strongly stimulates production of structural skin proteins. Tests showed the capacity to stimulate cellular proliferation which significantly increased collagen synthesis by 19.3 % using a 2% concentration in only 24 hours compared to an untreated control sample. Even when used at 0.5 % there is a gradual increase in collagen synthesis of 17% after 72 hours compared to untreated samples. Marine Algae is a powerful ant-ageing ingredient packed with antioxidants that protects the dermal matrix from further degradation. It restores the skin’s natural suppleness and radiance. It is especially rich in omega 3 and sterols meaning that it is soothing for the skin, improves elasticity that has lost its tone and improves skin hydration. Marine Algae helps to improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles especially around the eyes.

Hyaluronic Acid– Sodium Hyaluronate – is an excellent humectant and can hold 600 times its own weight in water. It is what gives the skin its volume and fullness. It can increase moisture levels in the skin whilst reducing moisture loss. Hyaluronic acid softens the skin and restores elasticity to skin, which can reduce the look of fine lines and wrinkles.

Vitamin E – Tocopherol – is a popular skin care ingredient, since it is said to have antioxidant qualities that fight free radicals. It promotes skin rejuvenation, elasticity, and health. Vitamin E slows down the appearance of ageing and boosts the circulation in the skin. It acts as a deep pore cleanser and helps to balance the sebum production. It helps to protect the skin from damage caused by environment pollutants like exhaust fumes, cigarette smoke, harsh weather condition and solar radiation.

Prebiotic – helps to create a barrier against pollution and environmental damage from the sun and the wind. It also promotes the healthy bacteria on the skin to recover and grow faster whilst harful ones are reduced and this in turn, restores the natural bacterial balance to the skin.

Aloe Vera Juice – is known as an excellent emollient making it cooling and calming on the skin. Aloe Vera helps the skin to regenerate faster by stimulating fibroblast and connective tissue formation. Its antiseptic, antibacterial and anti-fungal.

Honey Moisturiser – is a perfect humectant that adds moisture to the dry skin and helps it to keep the skin well hydrated. It is twice as effective as glycerin and gives such an incredible soft and silky skin feel.

 Vitamin B3 – improves the appearance of ageing skin by stimulating new fibroblasts and collagen secretion so it is very beneficial for mature skin as it reduces fine lines and wrinkles. This vitamin has anti-inflammatory action, helps to rebalance the pigmentation, refines the pores, and leaves the skin more toned. It also encourages the production of natural emollients in the skin that helps to improve skin elasticity.

Silk Amino Acid – also known as Sericin has excellent moisture preservation characteristics. It provides a protective barrier and silky feel to the product. The caterpillars are not harmed, they grow into moths and fly off, then the silk (from the cocoon) is then collected.

Cucumber Glycerine extract – soothes, cools and reduces under eye bags, helps to reduce dark circles round the eyes. It is full of ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) and caffeic acid. Those nutrients help to soothe the skin irritation and reduce swelling.

Caffeine – We use Ecocert certified caffeine that is derived from green tea leaf extract. It is known for its lipolytic activity by increasing cAMP, activating the lipase responsible for the hydrolysis of triglycerides in the adipocytes.

Directions of use:

Gently tap into eye contour and under eye area. For best results use in the morning and at night.
